Fraction Servers was setup in 2020 as a low cost dedicated server brand of UK Dedicated Servers Limited with a view to providing unmanaged dedicated servers at low prices.
Our parent company UK Servers has been providing managed dedicated server solutions since 2004 and now hosts over 4,000 servers across three datacentre sites.
Among the principles for Fraction Servers we wanted to ensure that:
• Support to our customers is provided by onsite 24/7/365 technicians from our own datacentres meaning no middlemen or 3rd parties involved in service provision.
• All members of staff are from a technical background ensuring you can always speak to someone able to understand your requirements
• We run and operate as much as our own infrastructure as possible giving full control over the services we offer to customers
Fraction Servers owns and operates its own datacentre in Coventry, UK and also offers dedicated servers within Telehouse in the London Docklands.Â
Our Coventry datacentre boasts the following specification:

Whilst Telehouse North 2 offers the following:

♦ Dual Redundant and Diverse Incoming Power Feeds
♦ Industry Leading PuE of 1.16 in an N+2 cooling configuration
♦ Telehouse campus is the primary home of the London Internet Exchange (LINX) giving servers at this site ultra low latency often required for FX, share trading platforms and domain name services.
Fraction Servers operates its own high speed MPLS enabled network spanning multiple UK datacentres, designed for redundancy, speed and security. All of our UK sites have multiple failover routes to the internet with all intersite connections at a minimum of 100Gb/s.
We utilise the latest Juniper MX routers at the edge of our network directly connected to Juniper EX series virtual chassis switches at the core with the entire network being dual IPv4/IPv6 stacked..
We have multiple 10Gb/s uplinks to our tier one transit providers which include: CenturyLink, GTT and NTT. Additionally we peer at LONAP (London Access Point) and LINX (London Internet Exchange) with service providers including BT, TalkTalk, BT, Virgin Media, Claranet, Janet and more.
Andrew joined the company in 2017 having previously worked for Rackspace hosting and prior to this as a lead instructor for Red Hat certification courses. In his spare time Andrew enjoys gaming and coding projects for his Raspberry PI.
Danielle joined the company in 2020 bringing five year's experience in account management from a managed communications firm and is eager to support our clients and deliver the best solution possible for them.
Lukasz joined our team in 2023 and has brought with him a wealth of knowledge that only helps us and our customers.
Clyde joined our team in 2024 having previously worked for a large Supermicro distributor and maintains an encyclopaedic knowledge of their motherboards and BIOS versions! Clyde has a keen interest in photography.
Kieran graduated from Leeds University in 2018 with a degree in Filmmaking, having carried out freelance work for a number of years he now works in our marketing department. Kieran is an avid football fan and can often be found in the home end at a Tottenham Hotspurs game.
George joined us in 2022 having over 15 years experience in the industry, George certainly goes the extra mile in providing customer support. When he's not providing customers with fervent support George likes to spend his time combining his hobbies of sailing and photography.
Richard's background stems from development, having spent the last 20 years working as a WordPress developer, his endless enthusiasm for trawling through log files never ceases to amaze the rest of the team!
Krisz hails from Hungary and has a strong background in Linux having previously worked as a technical support engineer for a large eCommerce site. In his free time he likes cycling and walking through the English countryside
Mark joined the company in 2011 after graduating from Coventry University. Mark has a keen interested in engineering and ensuring the critical datacentre infrastructure systems are maintained to a high standard.
Claire joined the company in 2021 having previously worked in marketing for a national homebuilder. In her spare time Claire is a keen photographer and enjoys capturing local wildlife in the Warwickshire countryside.
Kamil joined us in 2021 having previously worked in the supply chain for Jaguar Land Rover. Kamil is part the dedicated 24/7/365 support team working from our Coventry datacentre, with a keen interest in the latest server and hardware technologies.
Having graduated from Coventry University in 2019, Enzo previously worked for a local MSP on their helpdesk team prior to joining Fraction Servers in 2023. In his spare time he loves visiting the gym and spending time in the kitchen.
Chris joined the company in 2014 having previously owned and operated a small webhosting company. Chris has metilcilous eye for detail and is responsible for any financial and invoicing queries.
Oscar joined us in 2023 as an apprentice and has since gone on to become a fully trained datacentre technician. In his spare time Oscar enjoys gaming and building his own computers.
