How does LINX benefit Fraction Servers?
Fraction Servers parent company, UK Servers, operates their own datacentre in Coventry. With the majority of UK’s internet connectivity routed through London and in particular the Telehouse campus in the London Docklands we were able to take advantage of LINXs wide presence at this site and connect using multiple 100Gbps ports.
LINX allows Fraction Servers to connect directly with other LINX members who are present in London. This allows less hops for lower latency connectivity, and results in easier connectivity to other carriers for Fraction Servers.
Being the largest internet exchange in the UK, and one of the top 5 worldwide, LINX connectivity is a must have for Fraction Servers to provide the best possible routing for our customers IP traffic.
LINX enables us to setup direct 100Gbps ultra low latency peering with the largest European service providers including BT, Virgin Media, TalkTalk and Sky.
